Data controller
This notice is issued by ENG DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MİMARLIK MÜHENDİSLİK İNŞAAT TAAHHÜT MOBİLYA SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. What we process
The first name, last name, email address, phone number, service of interest, yacht length and project details you share through the quote form. Even if you do not use the form, technical information your browser sends (IP address, browser type) may be processed by our hosting and content delivery providers so that the site can work.
Why we process it
To answer your quote and contact requests, assess your project, prepare a proposal and conduct pre-contract discussions. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Processing that is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Art. 5/2-f). The consent box on the form confirms you have read this notice.
Transfers
The form and website infrastructure are provided by Wix.com Ltd.; the information you send may be stored on Wix servers outside Türkiye. Fonts and some software libraries load from the jsDelivr content delivery network, and images and videos from Wix's static servers; these requests reach those providers together with your IP address and browser details. If you click the WhatsApp button, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. Transfers abroad are made in line with KVKK Art. 9.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your request requires and for the periods required by law, then delete, destroy or anonymise it.
Browser storage and cookies
The site itself sets no advertising cookies. Its hosting provider Wix may use technical cookies and similar storage (e.g. session cookies) for session security and anonymous usage measurement. A visitor key is kept in your browser (localStorage) so the form can work, and session data (sessionStorage) so the opening animation plays only once. Both are necessary for the site to function.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was transferred to, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send requests to info@engyachting.com.
