Yacht refit and renovation
A yacht ages with the habits of its users. A refit is a good moment to rethink it while respecting the hull and systems you already have. We can renew the whole yacht or only certain areas.

We start by listening to the yacht
A refit begins by understanding the yacht's structure, systems and weight balance. We settle early what can change and what stays fixed, then build the design to give the best result within those limits.

One area or the whole yacht
Renewing only the salon and cabins is possible, and so is reinterpreting the whole yacht. We set the scope with budget and schedule in the discovery stage, so yard time can be planned in advance.
What is included?
- Assessment of the current yacht and dimensions
- New layout and flow proposal
- Material and equipment selection
- Visualisation
- Drawing and specification support for the yard
- Build follow-up
Good to know
Is there a difference between refit and renovation?
In everyday use the two terms are often used together. We treat the redesign of a yacht's interior, decks and materials, within its existing structure, as this scope.
Can I renovate only the interior?
Yes. We can renew specific areas such as the salon and cabins, or reinterpret the whole yacht.
How long does a refit take?
It depends on the scope and the yard's schedule. We settle the timeline in the discovery stage and plan how the design process fits around yard time.
Who manages the relationship with the shipyard during a refit?
We represent you on the design side: we prepare the drawings and specification and follow the work so that it stays true to the design.
